• Customer must accept order by themselves personally and must upload the images of the order received.
• Aviary Pakistan works 24/7 to make sure everything goes smoothly and to facilitate you in every way possible
• If the buyer didn’t receive the order on time and it gets injured or dies it will be paid by the user who is responsible for that after the inquiry done by Aviary Pakistan.
• The cargo box and delivery charges will be paid by buyer. If special box or any extra thing is needed, you can contact our support it can also be shipped with your item.
• All bird's and supplies ads are posted by App users, not by us. Therefore, while we try our best to ensure that only real ads are posted by genuine sellers, we take no responsibility if the information provided by the seller is incorrect or sellers are fraudulent.
• Make sure you are happy and satisfied with the birds or products and its description, and that the seller has delivered you the supplies or birds before you make any payment to the sellers.
• Never pay advance or send money to the seller who says that they will send their products or birds by cargo to you. This is because some sellers are fraudulent and never send the product or birds after you have paid them the money. If you send money to any seller, you shall do it at your own risk and we shall not be responsible if the seller does not send you the product or birds.
• If you feel that a product or bird's ad is fake or the seller is fraudulent, then report it immediately to our helpline on WhatsApp. We shall block the seller, remove the ad, and report to the police if required.
