Important information for sellers!

1. After receiving an order its seller responsibility to deliver within 24 hours or max 48 hours in case of holiday or you can contact for delivery service from Aviary Pakistan by contacting our support on WhatsApp otherwise it will affect your rating
2. When buyer received the intact order, the payment will be added to account between 6 hours
3. Withdraw will be credited to your bank account within 24 hours to your account via IBFT
4. Proper cargo packing, and box seal will be the responsibility of the seller
5. The seller must upload pictures of cargo slip, company details and proper packaging in case of any dispute it will be required
6. No watermarks or google images will be used in ads, in case used that ad will not be approved and it affects the seller rating
7. Make sure all the information you have provided in your animal or birds ad is correct. If we find that an ad is fake, we shall delete the ad, block the account and also report it to the police to take necessary legal action.
8. Do not ask the buyers to send you money in advance. The buyer should only pay you after you have given the supplies, animal or birds to the buyer.
9. To sell your supplies, animal or birds quickly, make sure you provide as many photos and details as possible in your ad and ask for a reasonable price.
